I’m originally french, although not living there anymore. My quick search gave me this, 3 doctors specialised in ADHD (TDAH in french), in the main hospital in Strasbourg – See screenshot below.

From all the results Google gave me, that would be, me being in your situation, the one I would pick, the seamingly most efficient way to me, to get not only advises and some talk-behavioral therapy (which is not what you seek), but medication.
It would probably help for a quicker help, if you’ve taken a kind of medical report mentioning your ADHD (and at best your medication) from the US, so that the specialist doesn’t question whether or not you have ADHD.
These prescriptions are often misused from people w/o ADHD, as you may know. That would a.o. explain why some doctors are reluctant to prescribe these stimulants, if/when no diagnosis as been officially set.

Hay ich wohne zwar nicht in Straßburg aber allgemein verschreiben dir die Meisten Algemeinmediziener die benötigten Medikamente. Du brauchst nur einen Behandlungsplan Arztbrief von einem Psychologen/Psychiater.
