well first of all orgies is the wrong term. No worries it´s not like all Ladys are lined up and you have to "perform" with all of them. It´s like in real life sympathy and liking eachother.Basically the couples and ladys like to have sex with one or two or three...... extra men.
But a complete nogo is to just get next to a couple or a lady and start doing without asking permission.
Just be yourself tonight and talk first of all to the present people and then the rest will develpoe during the evening.
