In Japan there are but Yakuza driven. For is too dangerous to visit. Extortion of money is a often run procedure of the Yakuza (Mafia like structure.)

I live in Korea and can tell you, it’s almost impossible as a foreigner to enter those parties. Only after time, with connections and language skills it’s sometimes doable.
Except those money and mafia driven scams as mentioned above. So don’t expect anything like that what you know from Europe.
You’re young and top in shape, try to hook up with some girls in clubs. They will be interested and if you find some who speak English you might have chances for fun. In Japan also on a very kinky way.
But don’t forget, girls are usually shy or at least pretend to be shy.
