There actually is physiological science behind the scrotum changing size and even testicles moving when aroused. Mine shift and change a lot plus I put out a lot of pre-cum. Most women are quite curious and have enjoyed the show. 🤣

There is some logic to it. Sperm are sensitive to heat/cold, so when your body temperature rises, the scrotum hangs to move the boys away and keep them cool. Conversely, when the temperature drops, the scrotum moves towards the body.
