We have prepared a list of the most common problems to assist you. If your problem does not appear in this list or you need further support, please respond to this message and we will make contact with you to assist you.
COMMON PROBLEMS YOU CAN SOLVE EASILY
• I have not received the email / QR code: after creating a new form or validating your form at the end, you should receive an email. If you do not receive our first email or your QR code after validating the form, check all your message folders (spam, offers, social networks, ...). to locate our email, sent from the address: spaintravelhealth-no-reply@spth.gob.es
• I wish to continue completing a form or retrieve a QR code: you can go to the first email we sent, or the home page on our web, and select the option "Continue form" or "Retrieve QR". You will be asked to use the form identifier and security code we sent you in the first email, and the same personal identification number you used initially. When you select "Retrieve QR", the QR code will be sent again to the email address you facilitated when creating the form.
• I made an error with my email address or have lost access to it: if you facilitated an incorrect email address, you can create a new form using the correct one. Once you receive your security code you can continue with your FCS form.
• I cannot save the form and pass to a new section: If you cannot pass to a new section of the form, verify that you have completed all the mandatory fields which are indicated with an asterisk (*) at the end of each field.
• I made a mistake in my flight number or it has changed: if you made a mistake in your flight number or it has changed, you need to create a new form.
• I do not yet know my seat number: we need your seat number; This is a very important field to us. You can finalise the form when you do have it, and even at airport check-in if necessary. Enter the numbers and letters together without spaces or special characters between your seat number and letter.
• Which flight number should I use? Use the flight number provided by your carrier on the boarding card. If you have a connecting flight, use the flight number which will carry you to Spain initially.
• Problem with the Android app: if you are using the Android app, ensure you have installed the latest version from the Google Play store. Also make sure you are not trying to create the same form twice (both on the web and in the app).
• How do I complete the form for a minor / dependent? You need to create a form and complete it in this order:
Firstly, as “Passenger data” the details of the minor / dependent.
Secondly, select the option "I will complete the following form for a minor ..."
Thirdly, complete your own data as legal guardian, below the passenger data and below the checkbox.
If you experience a problem, it may be that you have put your own details under "Passenger data", and those of the minor / dependent as the legal guardian. This may be why you have received all the QR codes related to their name, Repeat your form, in the correct order, using a different valid identification number (passport, national identity document, driver's licence, ...) from that already used. If this number has more than 12 characters, use only the final 12.
If you are filling a family/group form, you need to add a new traveller and complete all the data about the minor (including date of birth) to generate their personal QR.
If you are completing a form for a minor with the app, you need to complete all the data about the minor (including date of birth) to generate their personal QR.
• We need one form for each person who travels to Spain by air from any other country, without regard to their age. It is not necessary to complete it for internal flights within Spain.
• Illes Balears (Balearic Islands): Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca are in the autonomous region of Illes Balears (Balearic Islands). If you travel to the Balearic Islands from another Spanish autonomous region, you need to complete the following form:
https://viajarabaleares.ibsalut.es/formulario/?locale=es
• What is the “Alias" in the mobile app? The “Alias” in the mobile app is the name you choose to give to the form for your journey. This field is exclusively for your own use, to facilitate continuing the form in the future or showing your QR upon arrival in Spain. For instance, an “Alias” could be “Ivan's holiday trip” or “Workshop Madrid”
• Transits: If you are in transit in Spain, you need to present a TRANSIT QR. If your transit through Spain does not require leaving the international zone, you do not need to present an accreditation document for COVID-19 vaccination/test/recovery. If the transit implies passing through the immigration posts, and therefore entry into Spain, you must submit your boarding card or ticket for the subsequent flight or flights of the connection at the health control, to demonstrate that the final destination is international, and you will be able to continue your journey, always provided that the transit lasts less than 24 hours and you do not leave the airport complex.
Wie schön, daß es an google gemeldet wird, wer das digitale Einreiserformular für Spanien ausfüllt.
