Wie oben schon beschrieben basiert Mr. Mercedes auf der Buchreihe von Stephen King. Die 3. Staffel der Serie hat gerade angefangen und damit das zweite Buch "Finders Keepers".
Die Schauspieler, insbesondere Brendan Gleeson, machen einen tollen Job und die Umsetzung der Bücher ist eine der besseren wenn nicht die Beste, die es für Stephen King Bücher als Serie gibt.
