Nice Swinger friendly hotel in Czech Republic

Ahoj,

After Corona we plan to spend some days in a nice hotel outside Prague.

Do you have any recommendations where we could find a swinger friendly place?

Hotel should have nice Spa area, maybe even rooms with larger whirlpools, maybe at a lake. So couples can enjoy themselves ;-).
Ideally a place where other swingers like to go to as well
We would welcome any great idea.
